How can AI support the training and capacity building in the value chain?
How can AI support the training and capacity building for the ZDHC community and make it more accessible and scalable in tailoring to the needs of different stakeholders?
Hi Carmen, great question! AI is definitely the hot topic right now. Some early features are already live here: -Zeddy (bottom-right) is a chatbot that gives quick, relevant answers based on ZDHC resources -The search bar uses AI to find the best results across the Forum, Knowledge Base, and Roadmaptozero site -For longer discussions here, you can generate a short summary to help you catch up quickly What do you think could be next? Forum tools, Academy features, or something else entirely? I'd especially love to hear what would benefit you most.
I would expect the training content to generate materials fit to individual backgrounds by asking questions about the level of their understanding and experience, focusing on new and essential materials to their role only. Currently, there are too many materials to read and learn, and it is also hard for them to keep up and focus.
That's a great idea Carmen. I agree that an easier way to get to know the ZDHC materials would be very useful. Something that can assess how much you already know, what your interests and needs are and then delivers information tailored to that. Do you have any examples of existing trainings we might learn from?
Hi Carmen, It is something we are already looking into but not necessarily with AI. I will share your thoughts with the team that will work on learner identification. For that purpose it will be very interesting. It will link directly in defining and linking the right materials to the learner.
