Signatories unable to open Google, We have now uploaded the PDFs onto the VEs so you can access these without going into the G docs. However the comment sheet remains in G sheet form, as ideally this is the preferred method. However if you cannot access the G sheet please email your comments to support@zdhc.org.

This is a great opportunity to shape the document more robust. Please kindly review and let us know your comments via appropriate channel.

The MRSL Council have created the draft version of V4 of the MRSL and we believe its stringent but pragmatic approach will move the industry forward in reducing the use of harmful substances. However, due to the complex nature of the industry and chemistry in general, and the fragmented nature of legislation, we know that we always benefit from constructive criticism from the wider stakeholder community. I would urge everyone to take a close look at the draft and let us know if there are any errors or items that you feel are worthy of a further discussion. We cannot promise to make changes - but we do promise to review all comments in detail and discuss them prior to final sign off.
